• You know if you don’t start answering some of these support questions people are going to think you’re a bunch of bums. We know when you come out with a great product you get overwhelmed by the support that so many people need. All of us in cyberspace understand answers might be a bit slow but people are usually happy to get an answer. What people don’t like are just bums people to lazy to just say hey I’m done. I’m not saying this is you I’m just saying other people might see you as bum for not answering.

    We understand take more time if you need it but don’t forget us. I really should take this lack of support as a sign. I’ll give you the benefit of the doubt that you’re not a bum and answers are coming soon. I have faith in you.

  • Yeah – you know – this post is 4 weeks old and I’ve noticed that pretty much all of these posts are unanswered. That is sort of lame. At least log in and post a sticky that says “this project has been abandoned” or “we can’t provide support”. At least then we will know that we need to look for peer and community support instead.

    It’s been years since I logged into www.ads-software.com, and I logged in finally just to post this. Let that mean something. Thanks.
