Are you sure you want to do this?

Hi,

When I try to submit a new Submission Tracking Settings, I land on a screen saying :

Are you sure you want to do this?

and then impossible to save it.

I’ve check other solved topics on this forum but actually it doesn’t help to fix the issue when it occurs. What should I do? How to make that works?
