    This happens when the settings page is idle for a while.
    Simply reload the page.

    This is a WP security measure to prevent unauthorized changes.

    Thaks for your replay. But I tried to reload the page several times. I changed the web browser.Also, I deleted the plugin and reinstalled it again with no gain.

    Do you think that another plugin may be the cause? Do you think that I should change the permissions in my hosting cpanel?

    Hi. Thanks for your cooperation. I tried to contact you before.

    Now , I have a small question. I tried to remove the plugin and to reinstall it again.

    After doing that, the old codes are still found. How can I remove them? where the plugin store the codes?

    The setting are stored in the database.
    Click on Reset All Settings and then uninstall plugin if needed.

    i am trying to update the Footer Options and I get Are you sure you want to do this?

    Please try again. and that is it I logged on fresh went right to the footer and I get this there is nowhere to click yes or no or whatever it is HELP
