    Hi

    So I add sections but no dummy content is added and there is no way to add content to these areas. I am using gutenberg plugin and testing some other blocks at present which may be the problem?

    A background video would be awesome

    Hi there,

    thanks so much for trying out Grids, and reporting this error. This issue was introduced with the latest version of the Gutenberg plugin.

    We have now released an update to Grids that restores the insertion of blocks for newly created areas.

    Also, concerning your suggestion, yes, video backgrounds are cool and are definitely in our mind for future developments of our Section block! Since things are changing pretty rapidly in the Gutenberg world, we’re proceeding step by step, trying not to jump the gun on features that could break overnight.

    Background videos are definitely on our to-do list, though! ??

    Thanks for the response. I’ll give it another go.

    I really like the approach you have taken with this in looking at the structure level of things. Eve na crack at css grid!

    It doesn’t seem the new editor is really set to replace page builders for now despite the obvious advantages of blocks.
