Arg…New to WP: User specific posts and logins for team website.

Hey guys,

First off, I am new to WordPress and am just starting to learn it so thank you for being patient. I have a little background in HTML and CSS but lack the MySQL and PHP side of it. Currently have a couple books I am learning from but needed some advice.

What I’m looking to do is create a website for team. Basically a setup with

Home (to be a custom home page, not recent posts)
About
Team
Contact.
Simple and already setup.

What I am trying to figure out though is, I’d like to have a “Bio” page for the different members on the “Team” which I can setup. Where I am a little lost though is this:

I’d like for each person to have access to create posts which would then show on their “Bio” page at the bottom below the static content that was created. Is there a way to display only the specific users posts and what user account permissions would be given so that they can post new articles that would show only on their bio page? Also is there a way to block them from seeing all other authors posts when they are logged in to create a post for themselves?

Or what would be even better, is there a way to create a user who only has access to edit one page and cannot see the other pages or edit them?
