arithmetic question

First of all, Stop Spammers plugin has been great to eliminate the increasingly giant number of daily would-be robot commenters on my wp blog. Because I was concerned the plugin was doing too good a job, I checked the arithmetic question in the challenge and deny section.

I learned from one of my friends that she had failed the arithmetic challenge. The question was “What is the sum of nine?”. She guessed that the answer was “9”, and was marked wrong. Of course, “what is the sum of nine” makes no sense at all. It’s a little like asking how much is in a cup. Is it possible that the question was supposed to read something along the lines of, “what two numbers added together create the sum of nine?” How or where do I go to fix this?
