Arjuna X Problems

I’m having issues optimizing my site for Arjuna X. It comes up great in IE8, firefox, chrome, safari, but not in IE7 or IE6. I tried to copy and paste my CSS into the IE6 and IE7 css options(Arjuna has seperate CSSs for IE6 and IE7). Is there any easy way to fix this?
