ar.mo and ar.po won't delete

Hi there

I tried to delete all my website files from my server but two files, ar.mo and ar.po within the Responsive folder, will not delete and will not let me take permissions over from them.

This is causing huge problems because I cannot put my new site up with these last 2 files up there (having already deleted thousands, but these two won’t go).
I assume it has to do with this?

It would be great if you could fix this!
