Arrange images so newest go to the top

Hi Everyone and designer.

I was wondering if anyone knew of a way to auto-arrange the images so the most recent would show on the top instead of the bottom of the thumbnail listing.

Shortcode, php, any suggestions would be helpful and Thank You in advance.
