arrangement and number of posts on the homepage

    I use the pytheas theme. On the side of the homepage, my posts can be displayed. However, I notice the posts are displayed side by side. I want to display them vertically, one under the other with the latest posts first. Can I choose what appears on the right side of the homepage or its default my posts? page is at wwww.mycareeradviser,com
