Arranging Categories and filters

    Hello and thanks for support.

    Case:
    I have 3 types of users/customers on my website, Example: Customer X, Customer Y, Customer Z.
    Each Customer shopping experience related on specific category of products.

    Issue:
    I want to hid unmatched categories or products for unmatched customer on menu and side filter.

    Question:
    How to show only one categories includes its sub-categories and products in one landing page and continues showing same menu for this category during customer shopping experience on the website ?
    Same needed for side filters.

    I understand that is complicated but appreciating your guidance as a i am not coder.
