Arranging selectable pictures in a circle

  • Hello again my friends. I have another difficult task to ask you.

    For my website, I have a message or a small essay which have been translated into many different languages.

    The difficult part comes when I want to arrange the different language options.

    The easy way would be a list form, like this:

    So people could just click their flag, and then they would be redirected to the pages matching that language.

    What I want to do, is have the flags in a circle, like this:

    I usually just have pictures and other content in a grid-format, but this would be cool (and difficult).

    Any suggestions on how to solve this?
    (If it is of any important information, I use the theme “twenty eleven” from WordPress. Maybe some other theme would be easier to do this in?)
