Arras Theme Missing Thumbnail Option

    I recently started designing a new blog with the Arras Theme. The URL of the site is https://www.behealthybeyou.com

    I would like to make changes to the featured image section, but when I go to Arras Theme>>Theme Options I do not see a thumbnail tab. The only tabs I have are:
    General
    Categories
    Navigation
    Layout
    Design
    Reset

    All the information I have found regarding making modifications to the featured image section refer to the thumbnail tab under the theme options. Any suggestions?

  • I’m sorry but as you are using a non-WPORG theme, you need to seek support from the theme’s developers – paid or otherwise. We only support themes downloaded from www.ads-software.com here.

    Thanks for your prompt reply. I’m confused, can you help me figure out which themes are non-WPORG themes and which are? I just downloaded the theme once I had WordPress installed. I didn’t go to a third-party to buy the theme or anything.

    I guess I’m not sure how to choose the right theme to get proper support here. I prefer to use this forum for support because you are all so helpful. Is there an easy way to tell when you choose to install a theme?

    Okay, so not all wordpress.com themes are supported here? Are the themes that are available for download through wordpress.com supplied through outside sources?
