It little work.
If i rename the plugin to plugin.hold then all work normal but if rename to plugins then i get the same error.
My hosting is virtual empire.
He don’t have PhpMyAdmin, how you can install that on the hosting ?

I found the problem.

Its was the plugin user-meta pro.
I have deactivated and activate back and it work normall.
