Arrogant attitude of the support

  • I tried very hard to pull some info from support, but did not get much help with the two issues using the All in One SEO Pack. An irrelevant answer was given then the topic was changed to resolved and now it has been locked without the issues being resolved.

    1. There is a conflicting error bug inside the plugin. When I save the sitemap inside the ‘XML Stemap’ page, an error appears ‘Potential conflict with unknown file‘ with these 2 buttons: ‘Rename Conflicting Files’ or ‘Delete Conflicting Files’. If I click on any of the two ‘delete’ or ‘remove’ and then update the sitemap, the error with the two buttons comes back. Which means the conflicting error stays there. (yes it is set to dynamic)

    2. There is also this error in the Google Search console:
    Warnings – Url blocked by robots.txt. – Sitemap contains urls which are blocked by robots.txt.

    This is the robots file, nothing blocking in here:

    User-agent: *
Disallow: /cgi-bin/
Disallow: /cdn-cgi/
Disallow: /wp-admin/
Disallow: /trackback/
Disallow: /xmlrpc.php
Disallow: /feed/

    So these 2 issues are still unresolved despite you locking the thread and marking it resolved.

    For this reason I give you a 1* for the arrogant attitude, this is definitely not the job for you. I wonder after this kind of attitude why would I ever think of buying the pro version?

    Wow. I’m speechless.
    You received quite a bit of free support, including for these two issues, one of which has nothing to do with All in One SEO Pack.

    Really, I’m not sure what you want from me. I told you to switch to dynamic sitemaps for issue one, and issue two has nothing to do with AIOSEOP. You claiming otherwise doesn’t change that.

    Not a surprise that we are going in circles ??
    I have already told you that it is set to dynamic.
    Second issue was because of AIOSEOP sitemap issue. I know for sure because since I have fixed No.1 issue No.2 also has also disappeared!
