Arrow display in Content Slider view

I’m using the Content Slider view and I notice that the navigation arrows only appear when you hover/mouse over the gallery item. Is there a way to have the arrows always show up even if you don’t hover over the gallery item?
Also, is there any way to make the “View More” button match the styling of the buttons styled by my theme?
