ARROWS IN MY CARROUSEL ARE NOT SHOWING

This plugin is just what I need, thank you so much for sharing.

I have tried many times to get the arrows and dots at the bottom of my carrousel to show and neither of them appear on my website. I am very frustrated, hope you can help me out.
