arrows indicating that you must go down

Good morning from Barcelona,
I am very excited about the functionalities and ease of use of the sydney theme.
Please can somebody help me with this…
I would like to add some arrows to the cover indicating that there is content below so that people do not stay on the cover but move down, as an example I send this website https://proyectup.es/. The arrows on https://proyectup.es/ move down (indicating download), and if you click on it, it performs the same function as the primary button on the cover.
