Arrows on the store page

I’ve noticed that there are arrows on the bottom row of the store page below the musician line and above the popularity line.

My test page is at https://sparks.sparrowwebdesign.com/songs-for-sale/

The page has this in the code where the arrows appear:
<span class="arrow">?</span>

Why are they there and only on the bottom line? And is there a way I can get rid of them?
