Arrows spinning – Captcha problem – No validation

Hello there… I have one strange problem.
When I insert any kind of form without Captcha, form works perfect. But when I insert CAPTCHA tag, I can submit a form and don’t get validation of a form.
That starts to happen when I update to a new version. Old version on another site works just fine.
I’ll try to switch to default theme, deactivate all plugins, check folder permission and everything seems fine, but all stays the same.
Any ideas why is that going on?
