Article Counter & Article Duplicates

Nice plugin you have here! Just a couple of issues we are not sure how to resolve – https://s29.postimg.org/gaetuzko7/screenshot_453.png

1) We don’t seem to be getting the correct number in the article counters; and
2) Articles are showing both under the main category and sub-category. Is this how it is supposed to work?
