Article List Manager (arlima)

How do I do to get multiple listes for instance on my frontpage?
I found an old answer (https://www.ads-software.com/support/topic/plugin-article-list-manager-arlima-displaying-more-than-arlima-list-on-frontpage?replies=3)to my question, but I couldn’t get this to work. Is it me, or has something changed since then?
