Article not cut off and more

I want to show excerpts only but one of the feeds I set up won’t trim off but shows the whole article even when set up to trim. Can extraction rules for CSS sort this problem out? I did get rid of images.

Is there anyway possible to move the feed to post source link to the bottom of the articles (in this case excerpts)
