Article Ratings

Hello,

this is my first post, so sorry if i am in the wrong place, but we have just setup WordPress only a day ago so we are very new to this. What we are after is a plugin that allows users to rate articles ,lets say out of 5. Is there a plug for this ? i have done a quick search and not found one.

If there is not a plugin, how do you make them ?
