    Hello!

Thank you for the plugin and for the documentation. After reading, I understood how the output of parameters is organized, but I have a question: is there any way to not send the publication date to the snippet?
That is, so that the parameter is not added:
    article:published_time
    To the page.
Or to have only the last page refresh option on the page:
    article:modified_time
Well, or somehow mark for Google that in the snippet it should display the date of the last update, and not the date of publication.

Why do I need this? I have a number of publications that were published 5 or more years ago, but I regularly update them, and the publication date is displayed in the snippet, which is incorrect and I can lose traffic from Google.

    Hello @kronos1705

If I understand correctly, you don’t want the article published date to show in the snippet preview. Ultimately, Google decides whether or not a date appears on the search result page. As such, Yoast SEO automatically includes the date in the search preview. Since?Yoast SEO 14.7, we always?show the date in the snippet preview.

There are a few ways to influence Google, but implementing these options is beyond the scope of our support on Yoast SEO. However, we can refer you to an?article?where you can learn more about preventing dates from appearing in search results.
