articleSection not finding primary category

Hi there
Excellent plugin, just one tiny problem, the BlogPost articleSection is not picking up Yoast’s Primary category, how can we fix this?
I have set it to use Use Yoast SEO markup and then Schema’s and the articleSection remains – it picks up the first category, but not the set primary category.
