"Articlesss

I am trying to add “articlesss” template to my site. I have uploaded to my dedicated server, but I am at a loss for taking it any further. The installation instructions I am sure are great for those of you who know what your doing, but I am a true moron when it comes to HTML and this type of stuff.
How do I find somebody that can finish what I have started? I have asked a few people for a quote, but they are not responsive.
Help!!
