Artifact Glitch

  • I’m trying to isolate a glitch that only appears for Macs using Chrome on the homepage of https://fcc.nueramarketing.com

    The glitch appears like an artificating band while scrolling past the bottom transition of the “Our Facility” section, and I’ve attached a screen grab.

    Can anyone help me identify what’s happening here? The only work around I’ve found is to make that one SVG 130px taller, but that looks awful.
