Artisteer Buttons

Hi,
I am using Artisteer Templates. Now I have tried to insert buttons with Shortcodes Ultimate. It only inserts buttons that are from the plugin. How can I modify the plugin that it uses the buttons that I have designed for the Template with Artisteer?
