Artwork Templates

Thanks for the quick reply. On checking the settings, in Product Upload File it had been set to display on show on cart only and not on the product. Changing this has now brought them back so thanks again for telling me that these two are linked.

Hopefully, the glitchy bulk product upload function can be fixed next. As mentioned in a previous user’s post, it’s rather temperamental and some product options just won’t import although I have since found some will add if I change the WooCommerce category they are being added to.

Great to hear, bulk upload is being improved at the moment, hopefully we’ll have an update soon

I also am struggling to get the artwork templates to show.

I have been to helloprint>settings>Product Upload File is set to ‘show upload on product and cart’

Do I need to do anything to get the artwork templates to show please?

Hi! Artwork templates seems to be showing already, see this link

@twisterprint templates are within the upload section, click on the blue i icon to show them. I would suggest to the @helloprint team to try and make this clearer by adding a piece of text here saying for example “Download templates here” alongside it as I’ve had to include additional text to help my users understand where to find them.
