ARVE Button in Editor not working

    The ArVE button in my WordPress Text editor does nothing when i click it.
    I am a pro user and my videos are not auto generating thunbnails for Google Structured Snippets. I am getting constant errors regarding thumbnails in the Google Rich Results Test.
    Can you help?

    No sure if you are the same person that came to my support site but if you use a 3rd party page builder and the button does not work there, they are currently not fully supported.

    However, WP Bakery has a feature that lets you map parameters to shortcode, not tried it yet, but it seems like exactly what ARVE shortcode dialog would do.
