Sorry for the delayed response on this. Never saw a notification email.

Not that we are aware of. Plenty of feedback in terms of instructions though and instruction manuals so I think there are some wiki esque aspects to it at play.

So it would be possible, given flexibility and imagination.

Anything is possible with flexibility and imagination.

Yes it would be possible. With the plugin where it is now though I am not sure the time it would take to construct them would be worth the time.

For a future versions we are talking about ways in which page creation could be sped up dramatically.

    Hi.
    Looks pretty interesting.
    I’ve one question ..
a presentation can only be done by the admin – or by users of the site too?
Other words – single user or multi user – (so if site member can use it to make their own presentation right on the site….

    Thanks

    Hey Fred.

It operates no differently then publishing normal pages and posts.

So if authors on your site can publish pages and posts then they can publish with the plugin.

    Thanks Patrick

Great, I will check it out then.

    Thanks
    Fred

what I noticed, look at some of your demo, running it on a “responsive design view” (FF), that a photos gets cut off…kind of like crop a picture, so it it does not adjust full picture below 1280×600

    Hey Fred-

As it stands currently when you size down full frame images get cropped. So if you are looking at a photo on a big desktop monitor you see the entire photo but if you are on an iphone the image will be cropped.

Thats how it has to be if you want to fill the entire screen.

In order to show the entire photo it would have to go letterbox (meaning the photo scales down and then you would have black boxes on top or bottom.

    Hope that makes sense.

    Hi Patrick.

I installed your plugin and tried to create one call “demo”…..
    Got 404.
    …it did not created a directory: /storyftw_stories/
    …then I manually created: /storyftw_stories/
    …created a new demo….. noting is created….noting is saved…in /storyftw_stories/

    Any idea….

    Thanks,
    Fred

    Hey Fred,

Not exactly sure what you are doing or whats going on. You should not have to manually create any directories.

Follow these tutorials one by one and it should sort you.

What it sounds like it might be is that you need to create a story, then create a page, then go back to the page and replace it with the story.

    The tutorial has screen casts.

Gents, if you want the full picture and it keeps getting cropped on you, then use a graphics program to scale it down to the size required. Upload that and see what happens.

If you are comfortable sharing mythusmage I would love to see what you have come up with so far.

Always curious to see how the plugin gets used

Patrick, haven’t used the plugin in question, but I suspect I can’t be the only creative type using WordPress. As long as you can organize things, a wiki should be good to go.
