Ascending / Descending Not Working

  • Hi there! The ascending / descending ordering of FAQ isn’t having any effect for me. I’ve tried Created / Title / Modified ordering options and the ascending / descending switch has no effect on any of them for me. ??

    Sorry for the late reply. The FAQ ordering settings are definitely working correctly in the current version of the plugin. So, one of two things is going on, on your end. Either you also have the group by categories setting enabled, which means the FAQ ordering is specific to each category then (so they’ll be alphabetical, for example, within each category, not as a whole), or you have some kind of caching on your site (for example, a caching plugin) that is causing an old version of the page to display without the changes you’ve made (you could try clearing the cache and/or making an update to the page or creating a brand new page with the shortcode).
