Ascetica – featured image thumbnail

Hi, I’m building my website-blog using the Ascetica theme in www.ads-software.com and the featured image thumbnail doesn’t appear as it did in WordPress.com. Anyone of you folks know how to add them in www.ads-software.com?

Here you can see the thumbnail as it appears in WordPress.com.
