Ashe Theme – Menu is too transparent and Mobile Logo too large

Hey people, much appreciated if anyone can help!

So I have my website peterwattmusic.com and it looks ok for me when I view it on Desktop, but on iPad and Mobile phone it has 2 problems that I want to fix.

1. The dropdown menu background is transparent so when you click it the letters overlap each other, it makes it too difficult to see. How can I change the background menu to just plain white so its easy to see which buttons you are clicking?

2. When viewed from a smartphone or tablet, I’d like the logo and header to resize down, as now it is HUGE when you view it from either of these. Is there some way to do this?
