Asian Character-Setting-Dialog

Input Asian Character error message in Setting->Dialog, translated from “This content is restricted to site members. If you are an existing user, please login.”. But our character is not displaying correctly. Your plugin cannot support UTF-8? You provided “language” to translate and make po & mo and it works well but this dialog error message does not work. Please let me know how to settle this.
