Asides

Hey,

Well just set up my new blog, I decided I wanted to add an asides section to a sidebar. I tried following the steps on the codex section of the website but It didn’t work properly… Can someone direct me to a way of displaying a category in a sidebar. Note that the bar I want to put it in is called leftbar.php not sidebar.php. Don’t know if that makes a difference… I also dont want the category displayed in the main content column. (I don’t mind either if a plugin is the answer) ??
