Ask for Quote payment option

  • Hello,

    Quote button is available and products are added on shopping car but at the moment of check out, the Ask for Quote payment option doesn’t come up. Not sure if might be a compatibility issue with other plugins.

    Hi @jgonzalez89,

    Apologies for the delay in response. Can you kindly check a few things as below and let me know:

    1. Go to WooCommerce->Settings->Payments and check whether the Ask for Quote payment method is enabled. If not, please enable it and check if that fixes the issue.
    2. If not, please deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce & Quotes plugin and check if the issue is fixed.
    3. If yes, try activating one plugin at a time & check if the issue is replicated.
    4. This will help us to find the conflicting plugin.

    Please let me know the results.
