Ask: permission check for schedule publish

  • Hi,

    Thank you very much for develop this plugin and continuously support it!, ATM i use user-role-editor plugin(free edition) for my friend site and can you please confirm with me regarding below:

    • editor user by default would not be able to access wp-admin without check the “read” permission in general setting of user-role-editor plugin ?
    • is there any permission for editor user for allowing them for doing schedule publish of post / page in user-role-editor setting ?

    Yes, ‘read’ capability is required for access to wp-admin dashboard.

    There is no special built-in permission in WordPress to allow/prohibit schedule publishing of posts/pages.
