Post view, sharing icon and speed up reading

    This is my first posting and I’m Wp beginner. Would any one explain me how to :

    1. Create number of post view in every post and page : with plugin and without

    2. If menu setting-sharing is not for wp.org? So how to create share icon (email, Facebook and so on) : with plugin and without

    3. How to speedup our readers read my web
