Ask to avoid conflict with IP Geo Block

Dear plugin authors,

I’m an author of IP Geo Block.

@swiss13 reported an issue “Problem with Permalinks” that causes redirection loops.

This issue is triggered by my plugin, but redirection happens between mines and yours, because mines add an extra query to options-permalink.php if it doesn’t exist, and yours reset it and add an extra query settings-update=true to options-permalink.php.

I fixed this issue by stopping redirection on my side when your plugin is active.

And I also found anothor solution on your side that doesn’t harm your functionality at all.

I know both plugins have their own reason to add an extra query, but I’d like to ask you to change your code like the above solution so that both will be happy.
