• Hello,

I’m logged in to my site, and from the dashboard when I want to check my blog stats I’m asked to put in a password. But then, it doesn’t accept my password. Even tried getting a new password, and it won’t accept that either. Anyone else have this problem?

  • Is this WordPress.com Stats? if so, you’ll need to use your wordpress.com password.

I’m having this problem at https://zen-and-ink.co.uk Want to install dashboard stats – just the basic plug-in for now – and it keeps asking for my wordpress.com log-in but won’t accept it. When logging in my username disappears and the log-in screen remains in the stat box.

I have three .com blogs plus the one above. Stats work fine on the .com ones.

Have obtained new password and it still won’t work. I have managed to link the new blog to the other ones with my API.

Had a look through the .com forums but the disdain and rudeness to those with the same problem is horrible.

    Try contacting WordPress.com support directly:

This may be a problem that only they can fix.
