askimet.php changed in 2.6.2 but not noted in list of changed files

In the WP blog, the announcement of 2.6.2 links to “the full changeset and list of changed files” at https://trac.www.ads-software.com/changeset?old_path=tags%2F2.6.1&old=8849&new_path=tags%2F2.6.2&new=8849.
The list does not include askimet.php (in wp-content/plugins/askimet), however, it has changed. The size in 2.6.1 is 33,730 bytes and the size in 2.6.2 is 34,117 bytes.
(1) Does anyone know what the changes were?
(2) Is there some problem with the way the changeset and list of changed files are generated?
