Where are you seeing that “WooCommerce Setup” on your site? Also, what page does it take you to if you click on the “Start selling” button?

First can you please tell me that Cloudflare affects the Wordfence scanning process?

I am using Cloudflare on my website and I thought that Cloudflare causing the issue and after removing the Cloudflare and scanning the Wordfence, I got the scanning failed error agian.

Please clarify me on this thing.

Hey @faarukh,

Thanks for following up. I did a few tests on my end to try and replicate the issue (including having the Cash on Delivery payment option enabled before going through the Wizard), but I wasn’t able to get that same behavior to occur.

Based on the screenshots, it looks like the payment method isn’t being recognized by the wizard, even though it shows as having the Cash on delivery option enabled. Until that is recognized, the wizard is going to keep showing on the WooCommerce > Home and Dashboard > Home pages.

The first thing I’d recommend trying is toggling the Cash on delivery method off and then on again, when you’re on this screen:

Once it’s recognized, it should allow you to proceed through the rest of the wizard- and once the wizard recognizes each of the 6 required steps, that dashboard widget should go away (and show the normal home pages in the admin screens).

Since you’ve already tried toggling the payment method several times, the next thing I would try is attempting to complete the steps in the wizard with a default WordPress theme and WooCommerce as the only active plugin. When I was looking at the screenshots, I didn’t see the button that allows you to move on to the next step of the wizard, so there may be a plugin or code conflict that isn’t allowing that to show (and not able to complete, as a result).
