Asking me to register for paid version. Why?

    Isn’t Toolset Types FREE? Why is it asking me to register and pay for it to update? Has the pricing model changed and now we have to pay for the Types?

    Solved my own problem by downloading the zip file for 2.2.15 from this site and uploading it my site manually.

    Your approach is the only correct one.

    After you install 2.2.15 the issue is solved, but you need to “update” manually by replacing any previous Types Folder in your FTP with the new 2.2.15 version that you can download here:
    https://www.ads-software.com/plugins/types/
