Not quite sure how to ask this question!
I would like to embed a multiple choice question into my emails.

    Dear Subscriber,
    I’m thinking of doing “X”
Would you be interested on 1/01/23?
    or maybe 1/02/23?
Or maybe not interested at all?
Register your interest by clicking one of the above..

I guess it would be a form with Radio buttons, and maybe a comment field.
How would I embed such a thing into a Mailpoet email please?
Where would I receive / collect the data?

I have seen the HappyForm plugin, and wondered if this was the way to go?
Most of the plugins seem to be an embed for my website, rather that for my email.

    With thanks for any suggestions!

    Hi there @jezzerisin ????!

Thank you for reaching out to MailPoet Support!

I guess it would be a form with Radio buttons, and maybe a comment field.

Mhh that’s a very interesting question. I think that the best way would be to create a form on your site. You could even create a MailPoet form and register those two options as custom fields:

    https://kb.mailpoet.com/article/159-add-custom-fields-to-a-form

You cannot embed the form on your email, so I think that this would be the best option.

Alternatively, you could create a link in your form to interact with the MailPoet Subscribers API but that is a more complex approach and would definitely need some custom code.

If you need help with custom code, you can reach out to someone from Codeable: https://codeable.io.

    I hope this helps!

    Cheers!
