Asking to login multiple times……

Hello all, when I’m creating a new post and click on the upload a pic button within WordPress I’m prompted to enter my username and password. The login box actually appears in the place where you upload the pics. After loggin in again I’m able to upload the pics. When I’m done writing the post and click “publish” I’m brought to the login screen and I lose my post. I updated to 2.3 last night to see if it would correct the problem and no luck. Any suggestions?
