• When I upgraded PHP and reinstalled Aspose.Words Exporter, it consistently gave me an error message. Had to delete.

    Was an excellent plugin.

    Please note, when you upgrade to the latest version you need to sign up again using the plugin settings page for free unlimited access of plugin. However, if you still face the issue, then please share the error message, we will be glad to assist you.

    Thanks for the response.

    I did that with no success.

    I tried with Aspose Importer & Exporter and got new license codes. It did export to doc but always a 1K file that I could not open.

    Then I went back to Aspose.Words Exporter and tried again. This time it worked.

    I will stay with that, thank you.

    This all started when the WordPress Control Panel told me I needed to update PHP. I went from 5/n to 7.n, but only with the Server Company’s Help desk doing it for me.

    Good to know that you have managed to get it working.

    However, we will test the scenario to try replicating the issue at our end and will fix it accordingly.
