    Why is this code added to every page and how do I remove it?

    <meta data-name="wpacu-delimiter" data-content="ASSET CLEANUP CRITICAL CSS" />

    @vegasrob that meta acts like a placeholder for the location where critical CSS will be added (a new feature coming up in Asset CleanUp Pro). It was forgotten to be stripped during development and a patch will be added as soon as possible to make sure it won’t show again.

    Note that this HTML output is harmless and it won’t affect your website in any way. It’s not visible to anyone since it’s a META tag within the HEAD section of your page. It’s just annoying to see it there when you view the HTML source, I know. I’ll let you know when you can re-download the Pro version which will have the META tag stripped.

    I appreciate your prompt response. I disagree that is it “harmless” however. It is very high up in the code of the page and it also leaves a footprint (both of which are not good). Please update me ASAP when you have it patched or I will have to disable it.

    @vegasrob I respect your point of view and I’ve updated the latest tag for the Pro version. If you will re-download it from the email you just received and install it (delete the existing one first, all settings will be preserved), the marker should not show up anymore.

    PS: Please send future messages about the Pro version using this contact form: https://www.gabelivan.com/contact/ – This forum is for the Lite version users and this marker issue is not present in the Lite version since critical CSS will become available (at least for now) for the Pro users. Looking forward to having it ready as soon as possible!

    All is good now – thanks a lot Gabe. Will send any further messages through your website form.
