Asset Manager is not accessible on Author and Editor account.

Thanks for reply but I have done this. When I added role of Author/Editor in this section then Asset Manager and SELECT FROM SERVER button (in uploading section at right side) are appear for that role.

This screenshot when admin is logged in and he can select uploaded file using SELECT FROM SERVER button from uploading section

And below screenshot when user logged in Author/Editor role. When he used SELECT FROM SERVER then assets shows empty like you can see below mentioned screenshot

I have tested this on localhost the issue is the same other than Admin role no one can see and select the uploaded files

Non-admin users ( author, editor or other roles ) will not be able to access asset manager root dir, they will only be able to access to their own dir download-manager-files/{user_nicename}

However, found the issue, asset manager is blocking file upload for authors and editors, fixed it for the next update.
